Meet the Founder
I'm Marjorie Proctor, M. Ed., M.S. Admin.-an educator with over 25 years of experience—teacher, special education leader, facilitator, and advocate for human-centered schools. I hold two master’s degrees from Pepperdine University’s School of Education & Psychology, and have spent my career helping educators reconnect to purpose and possibility.
From the classroom to district leadership, I’ve witnessed how burnout and overextension impact even the most dedicated professionals. Through Living Center Stage, I support leaders and teachers in shifting to Care-Full Leadership—anchored in boundaries, clarity, and compassion.
I integrate theatre arts, social-emotional learning, and coaching to help educators thrive—because when we thrive, our students do too.
